This concept was born
SAKURA craft_lab's first knock-type ballpoint pen, the 008.

The idea was to imagine a free jazz session where people stimulate each other's sensitivities and imaginations to create a groove. Just by knocking on the crown of the head, it immediately responds to your desire to play.

The well-balanced design allows you to write freely.
Anytime, anywhere, resonating with your sensibilities,
A pen that produces new ideas like a melody.
This is SAKURA craft_lab's answer to making writing more free.

We want to create things that appeal to the senses not just with their appearance, but also with their feel.

This feeling is also reflected in the details. The knock section, machined from brass, has a design reminiscent of the piston valve of a trumpet.

In addition, the joints in the knock section have small indentations that resemble spreading ripples.
Although the pen has a simple form that inherits the DNA of the 001, it is imbued with a unique personality. The four colors combined with brass are sure to stir your sensibilities.
