【About the Serial Number】
The serial number is engraved on the front of the paulownia box where the seal is affixed.
We cannot ascertain the serial number without breaking the seal,
Therefore, we regret that we cannot accommodate requests for specific numbers.
We hope you will enjoy it as a "surprise upon opening."

This is colored ink inspired by the aroma and color of coffee.
It is made by mixing dried, finely powdered coffee grounds after extraction.
Please grind it with a small amount of water on an inkstone and use it with a brush, glass pen, dip pen, etc.
It cannot be used with fountain pens.

【How to Grind Ink Sticks】
When grinding ink, do not apply excessive force. Instead, grind lightly in a "figure-eight" motion.<br>
This will result in finer, more uniform particles, improving the ink color, bleeding, and spread.
Placing a cloth or similar item under the inkstone to stabilize it will make grinding easier.

【Handling Ink Sticks】
■The liquid ground from ink sticks spoils easily, so please use it as soon as possible.
■After grinding ink, thoroughly wipe off any moisture from the ground surface of the ink stick with a cloth or paper.
■Avoid storing in direct sunlight, in a car under the scorching sun, in front of a stove, or in high-humidity areas.
■Storing in areas with large temperature and humidity fluctuations may cause cracks in the ink stick.
■Ink liquid that gets on clothes or other items will not come off.
■Keep out of reach of infants.

【For Customers within the EU】 If solid ink sticks are received in an unused and undamaged condition, they are subject to the EU right of withdrawal (contract withdrawal within 14 days).

If damage such as chips, cracks, or abrasions is confirmed, a decrease in value will occur under EU law, and the refund amount may be reduced.

Since the refund amount varies depending on the product's condition, please check the shape, size, and specifications before opening or using the product.

【For Customers outside the EU】 We do not accept "returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience" for shipped products. We will accept refunds or exchanges only in cases of initial defects, provided you contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
